....I sorely wish I was there with all of you for this celebration! My good friend from El Camino, Walter Dahl, tried to get me to come out for this reunion, but my oldest daughter is getting married on the reunion weekend, and I will be in Augusta, Georgia for that event instead of in Sacramento with all of you. I'm confused by the website that's coordinating all of this, so I'll just blurt out all of my news on this page for you to read and then immediately forget!....I left El Camino planning on making a living in the music industry. You may remember that I played the keyboards. I joined a band up in Applegate, Ca, and did that for a while, hoping to become a professional musician, and we almost made it work, but I ended up giving up on that dream and going to UC Davis and getting a degree in Economics. I worked in my families engineering /land development business, but decided I wanted to pursue a career in Medicine. I married my best friend in 1981, and we went to Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire for me to get my MD degree, and then to Beth Israel Hospital at Harvard Medical School for my Residency. I joined the faculty at Harvard after that, and ended up the Chief of Ambulatory Anesthesia until 2000, when I decided to go into private practice in a large community hospital in the Western Suburbs of Boston, where I have been ever since. We have 2 daughters; Lindsay, who is 27 and getting married in August, and Jillian who is 24, and getting married January 2, 2015. See the Bio section that follows for a really funny story about how small the world is that we live in....
